📦 Lead purchasing across raw materials, MRO, and outside services
📊 Build S&OP, demand planning, and inventory strategies
🤝 Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and material availability
📈 Establish KPIs (OTD, PPV, inventory turns, lead times)
� Develop scalable processes, safety stock models, and planning tools
💻 Leverage ERP systems to improve visibility and decision-making
👥 Mentor and grow a purchasing/supply chain team
