Project Manager – Supply Chain (PMO)

A leading, fast-scaling infrastructure developer in the data center space is looking to hire a Project Manager (PMO) to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across its growing portfolio.
This is a highly visible role sitting within a centralized PMO, partnering with senior leadership and teams across design, delivery, supply chain, finance, and operations. The position blends strategic program oversight with hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on supply chain initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects critical to business operations
- Drive execution of supply chain programs (equipment strategies, vendor initiatives, product rollouts)
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Provide clear reporting and visibility into project milestones, risks, and performance
- Facilitate alignment across teams and lead key project meetings
- Support procurement efforts, vendor negotiations, and contract workflows
- Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and reporting standards
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong exposure to supply chain, procurement, or operations-focused initiatives
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Procore, NetSuite, or similar)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
