This position will be located in Roy, UT and will lead day-to-day supply chain execution of sub-elements of the Support and Training (S&T) Segment of the Sentinel Program with surge support to other Segments and special tasking. This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Programs for S&T. The position will be required to be in-office regularly and cannot support a hybrid or telework arrangement at this time.

What You’ll Get To Do:
The Supply Chain Programs Manager will lead and collaborate with a diverse team of supply chain professionals and cross-functional stakeholders responsible for program execution including management of major subcontractors and/or major subcontracted systems as well as complex Bills of Material (BOMs). This manager’s responsibilities include collaborating with senior level division, IPT/Element and program executive leadership to understand business requirements and identify and manage the needs for subcontracts and material across the program segment.
Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Serves as liaison between Supply Chain and Program. Coordinate horizontally across various Supply Chain functions, directing, guiding, and advising as appropriate as well as vertically support Programmatic stakeholders
Leads supply chain program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution;
Participates in pre- and post-solicitation Customer meetings and communications
Develops the material and subcontractor strategy and leads the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) as it relates to AP’s content
Supports proposal development by analyzing and addressing supply chain related requirements
Ensures that prior to execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies
Makes decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor
Establishes milestone objectives and manages performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications
Ensures subcontractor performs within the established program cost, schedule and quality requirements
Participates in supplier/subcontractor negotiations in collaboration with the Subcontracts Organization
Conducts program reviews with the suppliers, subcontractors and program office
Leads the BOM execution strategy and sets priority with the Procurement team
Briefs the Segment and Program Management Office (PMO) and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.
Drives increased reporting fidelity, process improvement, RCCA closure, and other special tasking

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 3 years with a Masters degree
3+ years of experience managing suppliers
Demonstrated experience in supporting proposals, major subcontractor management, and MRP transactions
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve projects cost, performance, and schedule requirements
Experience supporting the analysis of supplier impacts on business unit financials for both externally and internally funded scope
Must be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret and or Top Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 3 years with a Masters in areas such as supply chain, business, or program management.
Experience managing people preferred.
Demonstrated experience in major subcontractor management
Previous experience with suppliers manufacturing chemicals, specialty materials, or aircraft systems
Special program access
3+ years leading and/or managing teams
Ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
