You are the first planning hire for a greenfield manufacturing site standing up the supply chain behind a breakthrough nano-copper technology, scaling fast to meet demand from AI, electric vehicles, 5G, data centers, and semiconductors. This is a build, not a maintain. As the business grows across multiple US sites, the right person can grow into the planning leader for the whole network.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻
• Demand planning. Turn the commercial and product forecast into a credible supply plan.
• Rough-cut capacity planning, 2 to 3 years out, so the business sees and closes capacity gaps early.
• Master production scheduling (MPS) and raw material planning.
• Stand up lightweight sales and operations planning (S&OP) now, and help mature it as SAP IBP (integrated business planning) comes online.
• Manage and develop one Buyer/Planner, with room to build the team as the site scales.

• Around 5+ years of true demand and supply planning.
• Hands-on rough-cut capacity planning and master production scheduling.

• A genuine startup, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, comfortable with ambiguity.
