Supply Chain Intern (Summer & Fall 2026)

Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige fragrances as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, David Beckham, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Nautica, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern who is currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (must be a current student; Spring/Summer 2026 graduates are not eligible). This internship is ideal for someone based in New York, NY who wants hands‑on experience supporting core supply chain processes and contributing to daily inventory and reporting operations.

As a key member of our team, you’ll work directly with inventory systems, generate meaningful operational reports, and support efforts to keep our internal data clean and accurate.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Transactions:

• Perform essential inventory tasks such as purchase receipts, assembly order postings, and transfer shipment entries to help maintain accurate stock records.

Issue Tracking & Collaboration:

• Monitor inventory adjustment requests and work with internal partners to investigate and help resolve discrepancies.

Reporting & Operational Support:

• Produce regular reports such as Assembly Order Lists and Past Due Transfer Order Lists to support the rest of the supply chain team with up‑to‑date data.

System Order Cleanup:

• Assist with cleanup of system orders to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.

Education/Experience:

• Currently enrolled as a student in a college or university (must remain enrolled throughout the internship); Supply Chain Management or related major preferred

Required Skills

• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working with data and internal systems
