Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are seeking a motivated and curious Sourcing Intern to support our Supply Chain organization, with a special focus on exploring and evaluating AI tools that can improve how our Commodity Managers work. This role is ideal for a student interested in supply chain, operations, procurement, or business analytics—especially those excited about how AI can streamline processes, reduce manual work, and elevate decision‑making.
You’ll collaborate with Commodity Managers and cross‑functional partners to research emerging technologies, assess potential use cases, pilot tools, and recommend solutions that support strategy development, supplier management, analytics, and continuous improvement. This internship offers hands‑on experience with real business challenges, exposure to global supply chain activities, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful efficiency and innovation initiatives.
This position will be full-time May - August 2026 and located in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.
