We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Director to join our rapidly growing organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain processes from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume supply chain environment, ideally with experience managing a large number of SKUs and high product turnover. You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of robust supply chain processes, including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with broader business objectives
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains agile and competitive
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a high-growth, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Excellent project management and process design skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
