Job Title: Supply Chain Associate (Warehouse & Inventory)

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Associate supports warehouse and inventory operations for a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role ensures accurate inventory management, material handling, and timely shipment of clinical materials while strictly adhering to cGMP and SOP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Support clinical shipping, distribution, and outbound logistics
• Prepare and ship materials in compliance with regulatory standards
• Complete shipping documentation using SAP or similar systems
• Handle materials (up to 35 lbs) and work in temperature-controlled environments
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols consistently
• Collaborate with cross-functional warehouse and distribution teams
• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) as required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of work/military experience
• OR Associate’s Degree + 6 months experience
• Basic understanding of GMP and SOP compliance
• Experience in warehouse operations and material handling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift/PIV operation experience
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech preferred)
