We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE/CSQ) to join our team and ensure excellence across our supply base.
What You’ll Do
- Assess and develop suppliers to meet global standards.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) and VAVE initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other automotive quality standards.
- Design and validate quality assurance testing methods.
- Execute and interpret complex quality tests to ensure conformance.
- Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Engage with stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in supplier quality, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
