As a Supervisory Program Manager, AD-0340-00, you will be responsible for: • Leading professional staff in administrative support of the department's operations, including direct responsibility for information systems support, public affairs, budgeting, logistics, personnel, and manpower efforts. • Providing overall direction and guidance for the development of the program acquisition strategies, plans, procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulation documentation for product acquisition, product development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of FSA systems. • Overseeing all contracting activities and coordinates with the Contracting Officer to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of utilization and performance of contractor resources in supporting FSA's mission. • Managing the development and oversight of data structures, data input and collection policies developing reliable data sources to document current and future workforce requirements and authorizations.
