Summary
The RN Supervisor – Transport provides clinical and operational leadership to the Pediatric/NICU Transport teams within McLane Children’s Hospital. This role supports safe, efficient, and high‑quality transport services for critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients while fostering a strong culture of teamwork, clinical excellence, and professional development.
The Supervisor functions as a working leader—supporting staff, coordinating operations, and stepping into clinical shifts when needed to maintain staffing and service continuity.

The Transport department consists of three teams totaling 35 staff:
