Job Overview

1. Responsible for managing the battery manufacturing processes, including ensuring safety, quality, cost control within the assigned area.

2. Accountable for personnel management and coordinating communication and collaboration with preceding and subsequent processes.

3. Organize and implement production plans, ensuring tasks are completed with good quality and quantity. Achieve the company's cost control objectives and continuously reduce production costs.

4. Develop staffing plans based on the company's workshop development strategy, train employees effectively, and build a strong team. Actively understand employees' concerns, and take appropriate measures to ensure workshop stability.

5. Conduct statistical analysis of daily production at the workshop, seek improvements, enhance production efficiency, and analyze workshop costs to formulate practical cost control measures.

6. Lead the implementation of effective 5S management, create a good working environment, and set an example to elevate employee standards.

7. Responsible for implementing various production safety policies, conducting regular safety inspections, controlling primary and sensitive areas, eliminating potential safety hazards, and preventing accidents.

8. Open to international business trips.

9. Collaborate with functional dept. and organize cross functional activities including but not limited to Tier 2& Tier3 meeting, quality issues close, YU/PR optimization.

10. Build positive atmosphere within team as well as with other functional teams.

11. Conduct LPA to ensure all of the standards could be understood and implemented by every operator.

12. Implement CPS/FPS in designated area.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, major in science or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years working experience in team management.
  3. Experience in battery manufacturing company is highly preferred.
  4. Familiar with IE knowledge.
  5. Good at managing the operation and process of manufacturing department;
  6. Master knowledge and best practice of Lean and Operation Excellence.
  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  8. Familiar with EAP or SAP systems, possessing strong problem analysis skills and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  9. Clear logical thinking, strong initiative, excellent cross-departmental communication and cooperation skills.
  10. Rich project management knowledge and posessess strong management ability.
  11. Experience in multicultural integration is preferred.
  12. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
  13. Proficient English is preferred


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
