DESCRIPTION
Manages the daily workload of the maintenance staff. Reports to the Manager - Assistant Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Issues work orders to maintenance staff. Monitors the ongoing work for quality of work being performed, and that the work is performed in a timely manner. Follows up with departments to ensure the work was completed in a courteous and timely manner. Assists staff performing work as required.
