The Supervisor is responsible for administering the daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center and for ensuring goals and objectives are achieved and maintained, including a high-level of personalized customer service. Care Access includes 'find a physician' navigation within a health network, scheduling appointments and classes, and functioning as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the health system. The Supervisor is directly responsible for motivating and developing Care Access Liaisons and Referral Services Specialists, and cultivating a positive culture and team environment while building and maintaining a high level of operational performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of progressively more responsible work experience within a healthcare environment.
  • 2 years of Leading teams to provide extraordinary customer experience and performance excellence.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office SharePoint and Team Foundation Server.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of working in a new or start up environments with rapidly growing scope and evolving strategy.
  • 2 years of Scheduling call centers.
  • Experience with various development methodologies (Agile/SCRUM, RUP etc.).
  • Prior experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center software
