Field Supervisor (Foreman) – Concrete Construction
Location: Minot, ND (On-site)
Pay: $1,500 – $3,500 per week

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Supervisor (Foreman) to support a growing concrete flatwork and finishing operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage projects in the field, support crews, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish.
This is a flexible, seasonal opportunity with the potential for part-time or full-time work depending on project load and experience.
What You’ll Do
Project Management
- Plan staffing needs and allocate materials and equipment
- Execute and maintain project schedules and performance standards
Field Operations
- Work hands-on with crews to complete concrete forming and finishing work
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and operating efficiently
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes
Coordination & Oversight
- Partner with leadership to ensure projects stay on budget and meet specifications
- Track job progress and maintain basic project documentation
Client & Team Collaboration
- Support existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with leadership on upcoming work and potential new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Concrete construction experience (forming & finishing)
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
- Strong understanding of construction project workflows
- Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Basic comfort with tools like Google Workspace or similar systems (preferred)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on-site in Minot, ND
- Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance available)
