The Opportunity:

As the Supervisor of Contract Manufacturing, you will leadend-to-end contract manufacturing projects, managing vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, within cost, and to quality standards.

You will also drivesourcing strategies, vendor performance, and risk mitigation across a complex regional supply chain network.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manage designated projects from concept initiation to product finalization within a dynamic and complex manufacturing vendor network, ensuring targets are met in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and capacity
  • Facilitate supply chain sourcing strategies by developing sourcing guidelines aligned with business requirements and product categories
  • Establish contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies by evaluating both technical and business risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships with external manufacturing vendors
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout all phases - from demand planning to final delivery
  • Facilitate both commercial and technical negotiations to ensure vendor performance and compliance, while identifying opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing, preferably within toy manufacturing or consumer products industries
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing, and vendor management
  • Solid business acumen with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Result-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in approach
  • Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to China and Southeast Asia as required
