Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Austin / San Antonio

We are working with a reputable commercial general contractor that is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to support projects across the Central Texas market.

This is a field leadership role overseeing a strong pipeline of commercial work, starting with a

$30M+ ground-up manufacturing facility, with additional projects following in both Austin and San Antonio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead all on-site construction activities from start through completion
Manage field operations, subcontractors, and site logistics
Maintain project schedules and drive timely delivery
Coordinate with Project Managers and design teams
Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards
Run subcontractor meetings and manage day-to-day field execution
Maintain quality control and resolve field issues proactively

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
Proven track record on projects $10M+
Strong background in one or more of the following:
Corporate office / tenant improvement (TI)
Healthcare (clinics, MOBs, occupied renovations)
Industrial / manufacturing / tilt-wall construction
Retail or commercial ground-up projects
Experience managing fast-paced job sites and multiple subcontractors
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools

Location & Travel

Must be based in or near:
Austin, San Antonio, or surrounding Central Texas areas (New Braunfels, San Marcos, Lockhart, Wimberley preferred)
Must be open to travel between Austin and San Antonio project sites
