Let's Be Friends is a creative studio operating out of Charlotte, Los Angeles, and New York City. We make physical products, visceral experiences, and world-class digital content for brands that actually matter.

We're 20 people doing the work most agencies need 100 for. Everyone touches the work. 

This isn't a watch-and-learn internship. You'll own a startup brand end-to-end, drive a national retail launch, and run marketing for a global gaming client simultaneously. From day one.

What you'll actually do

• Own a startup brand. Their marketing, their strategy, their growth. End-to-end.
• Drive a national retail launch, including concept, execute, measure
• Run marketing and content for a global gaming brand
• Pitch ideas in the room and defend them
• Build things, ship things, repeat
• Work across creative, production, and strategy teams

You're right for this if

• You have opinions about brands and you can back them up
• You've made something and put it into the world
• You move fast and figure it out instead of waiting to be told
• You're obsessed with what works and why
• Owning something from zero sounds exciting, not scary
• You don't need hand-holding

Bonus if you have

• Experience running social or marketing for any brand or page
• Understanding of paid media, organic strategy, or analytics
• A portfolio of work — academic, personal, freelance, anything real
• Comfort with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
• Experience pitching ideas to a room
