Position Overview:

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting both engineering and construction operations. The selected candidate will gain exposure to real-world projects, working alongside experienced professionals in both office and field environments.


Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Technical Support:

  • Assist with engineering projects and technical tasks
  • Support development of calculators using MATLAB
  • Help build and analyze models using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
  • Create technical presentations and assist with documentation
  • Prepare and organize technical reports and project materials

Design & Project Support:

  • Assist with design development and sketching
  • Help build 3-D models in BIM software
  • Support submittal reviews and documentation processes

Construction & Field Operations:

  • Participate in field visits to active construction sites
  • Assist with construction administration tasks
  • Support field inspections and reporting
  • Provide general project support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of MATLAB and/or CFD preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in both office-based engineering work and field construction activities
