Make a difference this summer! The YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking Summer Enrichment Specialists to lead fun, small-groups focused on literacy (ELA) and social-emotional learning (SEL) in our summer day camp programs.

✨ What You'll Do:

• Use engaging curriculum to create and lead hands-on learning experiences
• Build supportive relationships with students
• Help combat learning loss & boost mental wellness
• Work alongside a caring, mission-driven team

💡 Ideal For: Teachers, youth workers, education majors, or anyone passionate about empowering young people!

✅ Requirements:

• Experience working with youth
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Creativity, flexibility,
• High School Diploma - advanced degree or progress towards an advanced degree preferred
• Must pass background check, obtain a medical form and & complete Y training
