Job SummaryThe Summer Camp Aide will assist staff in supporting a safe catholic environment, engaging, and organized environment for children participating in our summer camp program. This role involves working directly with students as well as helping with general camp operations such as setting up activities, supervising campers, and maintaining a clean and creative space.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with the supervision and engagement of children during camp activities
Help set up, lead, and clean up games, crafts, and other recreational projects
Provide support to camp staff in maintaining a safe and positive environment
Support special projects, including light painting or classroom prep, as needed
Serve as a positive and faith role model and promote respectful behavior among campers
Must enjoy working with children and be enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable
Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
Must complete the required paperwork if working directly with students
Previous experience with children
