Summer Camp Co-Leader

Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about working with kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for an exciting 5-week all-day summer camp program! This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to inspire, mentor, and be part of unforgettable summer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise groups of campers throughout daily activities
• Plan and participate in fun, engaging experiences like arts & crafts, sports, games, and themed events
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all campers
• Build meaningful connections and serve as a positive role model
• Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure each day runs smoothly and energetically

What We’re Looking For

• High energy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude—rain or shine!
• Previous childcare, camp, or leadership experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to commit to the full 5-week program

Program Details

• Duration: 5 weeks (Monday – Friday, June 8, 2026 – July 10, 2026)
• Schedule: Full-day program (Camp hours – 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
• Location: Conway High School (2220 Prince Street)
