AMDA College of the Performing Arts is seeking organized and dependable students to join the Mailroom team for the Summer 2026 semester.Student Workers play an important role in supporting campus operations while serving as professional members of the AMDA community. The Mailroom Student Worker helps ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.Position OverviewThe Mailroom Student Worker supports the daily operations of campus mail services. This role reports to the Mailroom leadership team and requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and professionalism in handling campus communications and materials.Key Responsibilities• Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform data entry related to mail and package tracking
• File and organize all incoming mail
• Take inventory of mailroom supplies
• Send email notifications to recipients
• Ensure the Mailroom area remains clean and orderly
• Interact professionally with all members of the AMDA community
• Complete other duties as assignedQualifications• Currently enrolled AMDA student for the Summer 2026 semester (Employment in this department is open to 2nd to 8th semester students)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable, and professionalEmployment Details• Must be enrolled for the Summer 2026 semester

• Work schedules are arranged around academic commitments
