Keylime Consultants is partnering with a leading global services company to recruit an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant. In this impactful role, you will design, configure, implement, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will play a key part in delivering scalable HR technology solutions that support strategic business objectives across the global organisation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, workflows, business rules, and integrations
• Manage and prioritise various projects across HR Tech platform
• Partner with HR teams, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, facilitate workshops, provide training, and offer end-user support
• Manage data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities to ensure smooth go-live
• Ensure high standards of data integrity, and develop standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and/or other modules like PMGM, Succession, Comp)
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations (including APIs)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities
• Experience working in a US or global environment is highly desirable
