About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of subrogation and recovery matters, working closely with insurers and corporate clients to pursue financial recovery through negotiation and litigation.
Responsibilities
Handle subrogation and recovery matters from inception through resolution
Investigate claims and identify recovery opportunities
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands
Manage discovery, including depositions and document review
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
Collaborate with clients, insurers, and experts to develop case strategy
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in subrogation, insurance defense, or recovery litigation
Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
Required Skills
Strong litigation experience, including drafting and court appearances
Experience handling subrogation or insurance-related recovery matters preferred
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
