Subregional Head of Service Planning and Property Operations

Your role 

Role Overview

Digital Realty is seeking a Subregional Head of Property Operations to lead and optimize property operations across owned spaces, including Data Centre (White Space) and Non-White Space assets. Reporting to the Subregional Director of Operations, this role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective property and maintenance operations aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Property Operations teams and drive delivery of corporate objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop subregional Property Operations teams
• Oversee Non-White Space management, inspections, maintenance, and vendor performance
• Manage vendor contracts, KPIs, and compliance in collaboration with Procurement
• Own financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Ensure effective operational support, maintenance planning, and administrative processes
• Act as escalation point and key stakeholder across Operations, Finance, Security, HR, and external partners

What You Bring

• Strong people leadership and change management experience
• Solid background in property, plant, or data centre operations
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English; willingness to travel
