Subregional Enterprise Sales Lead, Central Europe (m/f/d)

About the Role:

As Director Enterprise Sales Central Europe (m/f/d), you will lead Digital Realty’s commercial activities across the region, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention within enterprise accounts. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and partners, managing both strategic relationships and day-to-day performance. Collaborating with Global Sales, Marketing, and Country Teams, you’ll execute a unified go-to-market strategy while leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own bookings, revenue growth, and churn management across Central Europe.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales and account strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the enterprise sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise customers up to C-suite level.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing customer partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, strong pipeline management, and disciplined execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver complete solutions.
  • Represent Digital Realty at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry events.

Your Profile:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in technology, data center, or digital infrastructure industries.
  • Proven success in driving new business, managing enterprise accounts, and leading sales teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English; German or another Central European language preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
