Job Description
The Studio Designer will play a key role within an in-house creative studio, producing high-quality print and static digital design assets that support enterprise-wide marketing and communications initiatives. This role requires strong production expertise, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and close collaboration with cross-functional creative partners, all while maintaining strict brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Develop and execute design concepts aligned with strategic business goals and accessibility standards
- Produce print and static digital assets in accordance with established brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the creative process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Prioritize tasks, problem-solve independently, and adapt to shifting schedules
- Source, retouch, and manipulate images to support design solutions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all final deliverables
Qualifications
Required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign with hands-on experience in print production
- Working knowledge of static digital design production
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
- Associate degree, Bachelor of Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- 3–5 years of experience in a corporate, studio, or agency setting
- Strong skills in designing graphs, charts, and data-driven visuals
- An online portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-quality design solutions
