We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Support Coordinator to manage critical student support functions and administrative operations for CCE Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Trades programs. This role is essential to maintaining effective communication, ensuring compliance, and supporting student success throughout their academic journey.
The Student Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating departmental communications, including email correspondence, call logs, course scheduling, and instructor notifications. This position guides students through admissions and compliance processes for the CCE and Quick Jobs programs, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The coordinator tracks student progress, manages course logistics and setup, and provides advising on academic progress, program fit, and available institutional resources. This role also supports audit and reporting processes by reviewing academic records for accuracy and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely data updates and award adjustments.
In addition, this position provides administrative support to the CCE Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Trades Program Director, Program Manager, faculty, and students. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating day-to-day administrative operations for courses across multiple campuses and on-site contract classes. This includes procuring consumable supplies, classroom materials, and office supplies, as well as fulfilling instructor requests to support a high-quality teaching and learning environment.
The Student Support Coordinator conducts annual inventory in accordance with MTC requirements and collaborates with program leadership to plan and execute special events such as job fairs, graduation ceremonies, and other program-related activities.

This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Airport CampusA high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Associates degree and 5 years of experience. Previous administrative experience preferred.
