How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Acquires hands-on clinical competency by delivering direct bedside care while concurrently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
  • Engages in direct bedside patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to bridge the gap between academic theory and clinical practice.
  • Collaborates closely with a dedicated Preceptor to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while gaining knowledge of clinical workflows.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Ability to commit to working 36 hours in a 6 week rotating schedule (Days and Nights)
