Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer who will play a crucial role in performing structural analysis, creating CAD models, and reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with safety and design specifications. This position requires leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards, all while contributing to the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design using software tools such as AutoCAD, RISA, and Revit.
• Create and review CAD models and drawings to ensure they meet safety and design specifications.
• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
• Participate actively in shaping the future direction and execution of engineering projects.

Essential Skills

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in structural engineering design and project delivery for industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in structural design, drafting, and structural analysis.
• Knowledge in concrete and structural steel design.
• Experience with AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an office setting, with occasional travel to project sites to track progress. The company is privately held and rapidly growing, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and execution of engineering projects. This is a Permanent position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Company provides full range of benefits with PTO being a negotiable piece as well as relocation assistance.

This is a hybrid position in Jacksonville,FL.
