Structural Drafter

Residential Structural Draftsperson Part-Time→Full-Time · Brush Prairie, WA (Remote-Eligible) $24–$28/hr

We're a small team. We move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership of our work — and we expect the same from everyone who joins us. You'll be working on residential wood-frame projects: houses, shops, decks, and more. This role has significant growth potential over the next year for the right person.

This starts as a part-time role and moves to full-time within 4–6 weeks. Remote work is available once you're up to speed.

What we're looking for:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD LT
2. A working understanding of wood-frame residential construction — you know how a house goes together
3. A sharp eye for your own work — you catch mistakes before anyone else does
4. A commitment to accuracy and quality, not just completion
5. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow in the role
6. A team-player mindset — you communicate, you show up, you contribute
7. Ability to perform preliminary calc's
8. If you have used LAVA Software that would be great but is not a requirement.
