  • Use a sales style approach to engage, persuade, and convert prospects into active candidates
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and market dynamics
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline movement to meet weekly and monthly goals
  • Leverage sourcing tools, platforms, and creative strategies to uncover hard to find talent
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong value based pitch

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or high volume outreach (recruiting experience a plus but not required)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with passive candidates
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Competitive, goal oriented, and energized by hitting metrics
  • Resilient, persistent, and able to overcome objections with confidence
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches at once

Why You’ll Love Working Here
