Location: East Coast or Midwest preferred; remote considered (not CA). Some travel required; relocation not required.

Our client is hiring for an EOR/AOR Sales Executive to drive new business and close large, complex enterprise deals.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000 focus)
  • Manage long, consultative sales cycles (9–15 months; $3–10M per deal)
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering, implementation, and account management teams
  • Navigate complex buying committees and build relationships at the C-suite level
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
  • Meet/exceed annual sales targets (long-term goal: $10M/year in billings)
  • Bring positivity, resilience, and new energy to an experienced sales team
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–7+ years of enterprise sales experience in MSP, VMS, staffing, EOR, or AOR
  • Proven hunter mentality and track record of closing large, complex deals
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-assured presence
  • Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and adaptable to a hands-on onboarding process
  • Ability to navigate long deal cycles and complex enterprise sales environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Preference for stable work history; open to some movement with context
