Store Manager- Trailer Sales

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role for Trailer Sales located in Ocala, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and support staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and optimize sales performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and working to achieve business goals while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

• Proven experience in Store Management, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for every visitor
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions to improve store operations
• Familiarity with trailer sales or the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
