We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead operations at a high-performing adult-use dispensary in Minneapolis. What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a best-in-class customer experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; foster a positive and accountable culture
- Drive sales growth through smart merchandising, local marketing initiatives, and customer engagement
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership on strategy, staffing, and performance optimization
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of retail management experience (high-volume environments preferred)
- Cannabis experience preferred (adult-use or medical) but not required
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for building community and brand loyalty
