The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for assisting to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. Candidate shouldpossessthe ability to perform all stewarding duties including oversight of the transport of food items to banquet areas, understanding and maintaining appropriate par levels for dishware and supplies, and work closely with culinary leadership during facility plate up periods. This position will be required to provide direct supervision and leadership in all areas of the Stewarding Department. This person needs to have the ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight and have good communication skills with the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts.
