ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Responsible for supervisingallStewardingstaff and the overall daily management of a designated shift.Supports, administers and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
- Assistswith ensuring cleanliness standards meet established guidelines in all F&B outlet kitchenson designatedshift.
- Assistswithmaintenance ofcost control methods and procedures bymonitoringconsistent pars and inventoryof supplies.
- Assistswith development and management of operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profitobjectives.
- Responsible for work procedures andexpeditesworkflow to all Stewarding employees,to includefloor operations,policiesand procedures.
- Create effective and efficient schedules, whilemaintaininglabor costs, meeting staffingobjectivesand achieving guest satisfaction.
- Responsible forassistingin the budget process for the department andproviderecommendations; ensuring compliancetodepartmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, anddemonstratessuperior customer servicein accordance withdepartment and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievementof departmentcustomer service goals.
- Assistsin maintenance ofestablished quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health departmentand customer service standards inStewardingdepartment.
- Responsible for ensuringthe compliancewith all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired. - Associates Degree(A.A.) in culinary or related field; minimum of twoyearsstewardingor equivalentexperience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior gaming experience preferred.Minimum oftwoyearssupervisory experiencerequired.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel,Word, and Outlook).
- Flexible to work allshifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needsdictate.
- Ability towritereports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and thegeneral public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests,staffand colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for staff development and training programs.
- Responsible for rewards and recognitionprogramto maximize employee engagement.
- Evaluates team members withindepartmentand delivers constructive feedback to employeesin regards toperformance.
- Providesrecommendationfor staffing (including interviewing and hiring) and scheduling (planning,assigningand directing work) to meet business needs.
- Manages work procedures andexpeditesworkflow.
- Providesrecommendationfor employee performance (disciplining, coaching, and counseling).
