A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person often work closely with other kitchen staff, must have good communication skills. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction
Steward or Dishwasher are responsible for keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash and assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
