As a Starbucks Assistant Manager, you help lead the team that brings the Starbucks Experience to life. You’ll support store operations, guide partners, and ensure every guest receives legendary service—all while delivering Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service with pride.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Daily Operations — Communicate clearly and accurately to ensure smooth store performance; relay key information from the Store Manager to the shift team
  • Support Team Culture — Recognize changes in morale or performance and communicate them to leadership
  • Model Starbucks Values — Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and calm leadership during high‑volume or unusual events
  • Build Strong Relationships — Understand partner motivations and support their growth
  • Engage With Guests — Create meaningful connections and understand the needs of the community
  • Deliver Legendary Service — Maintain a customer‑first mindset and ensure partners do the same
  • Respond to Store Needs — Utilize resources such as Partner & Asset Protection, Partner Resources, and Food & Beverage
  • Drive Operational Excellence — Review store conditions and business indicators to identify opportunities and coach the team
  • Support Company Programs — Help implement action plans that meet operational and organizational goals
  • Recognize Achievements — Reinforce accomplishments and recommend new recognition methods
  • Coach & Mentor Partners — Provide feedback, guide performance, and recommend employment decisions to the Store Manager
