Job Description

Provide leadership for the all staffing programs and engage with clients appropriately

Participate in creating and building strong working relationships with hiring managers and vendors while leading office operations.


  • Create and execute against strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates thereby exceeding client expectations
  • Using all available tools and technology, Proactively and consistently recruit talent for temporary and full time roles
  • Intake new job orders from hiring managers and organize for distribution
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend candidates for all level positions
  • Performing all legal and client related compliance functions in regards to talent onboarding I9s, background checks, reference checks, assessments, drug screenings
  • Participate in on-boarding and off-boarding project team members, coordinating start dates, crossovers, security briefings, departure dates, departure paperwork
  • Ensure timesheet collection, approval, and processing for temporary staff
  • Utilize front office technology to conduct payroll and bill processes
  • Track staffing process, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure candidates are onboarded efficiently
  • Manage applicable KPIs and the profitability of business by monitoring reports such as Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls), ensuring profitability of account and seeking out opportunities for improvement
  • Meeting goals through creating and maintaining revenue metrics
  • Retain active accounts
  • Client Management - Partner with the business to develop recruitment strategy and process that will support the business strategy
  • Execution of the recruitment social media communication
  • A minimum of three years B2B sales experience for a staffing firm
  • Spanish speaking required
