The Consumer Group (CG) Program Management team is seeking a strategic and results-drivenStaff Program Managerto lead end-to-end execution for the CG Strategy Planning & Operations (SP&O)function. In this role, you will be the primary program manager for the Turbo Tax, Fast Money, and Lending portfolios, ensuring we deliver frictionless experiences to our customers across these key financial services.

As a Staff-level leader within the CG Program Management organization, you will leverageAI-driven solutionsto evolve our operational workflows. You will replace manual reporting with automated, intelligent mechanisms that improve program predictability and accelerate decision-making. Responsibilities


  • Define and drive program strategyaligned with Intuit's business objectives and goals.

  • Lead end-to-end executionof complex, multi-functional strategic programs and initiatives.

  • Optimize and enforce program governanceand framework for predictable, high-quality delivery.

  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and senior-level escalations, maintaining clear executive communication.

  • Cultivate strategic partnershipswith key stakeholders (Customer Success, Product Development, Product Management, Marketing) to champion high-value customer programs.

  • Pioneer AI/ML integrationto automate reporting, enhance program predictability, and improve portfolio efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvementby integrating external industry best practices to optimize program management as a craft skill.


Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience:8+ years of program management leadership, specifically managing complex, multi-functional portfolios in a SaaS or FinTech environment
  • Domain Expertise:Deep understanding ofSP&O, including assisted service models and digital customer experience capabilities.
  • AI Acumen:Demonstrated a strategic mindset for integrating AI capabilities into existing program frameworks and a commitment to exploring emerging AI technologies to continuously improve program delivery and outcomes.
  • Executive Influence:Exceptional ability to align senior leaders and rally cross-functional teams around execution plans and risk mitigation.
  • Execution Rigor:Proven ability to define program outcomes, create program framework, build E2E execution plan and establish governance model. Rally teams around execution plans, articulate challenges and opportunities clearly, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
  • Technical Fluency: Proficient in Slack, Jira, Smartsheet, and G-Suite; experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum environment, balancing the need for date-driven business outcomes and prioritization-based outcomes.
