This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You’ll operate as aProduct Strategist and Monetization Leader— combining product thinking, business modeling, and strategic execution to design how service experiences deliver measurable impact. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Expert Delivery to define what we build, test how it performs, and scale what works.
Responsibilities
What You’ll DoDefine and lead the strategy for new service offeringsthat deliver customer value while driving engagement, retention, and monetization.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Expert Deliveryto design and execute experiments and A/B tests that validate pricing, value perception, and ROI.
Build business and financial modelsto quantify opportunity size, incremental revenue potential, and cost-to-serve economics.
Translate insights into scalable service playbooks and operating models, ensuring smooth execution with cross-functional partners.
Communicate with executive-level clarity— influence senior leaders with data-backed recommendations, while also diving deep into details to ensure executional excellence.
Create frameworks for service monetization, defining pricing architecture, attach strategy, and value differentiation across product tiers
Serve as the connective tissuebetween Product and Customer Success — ensuring service experiences both delight customers and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring7+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Strategy & Operationsroles within SaaS, marketplace, or service-driven organizations.
Proven experience defining and monetizing new customer experiences— from problem definition to go-to-market and scale.
Deep business acumenwith strong financial modeling, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis skills.
Demonstrated success operating in high-ambiguity environments, translating strategy into measurable results.
Executive-level communication skills— able to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders while diving deep into analytical or operational detail when needed.
Collaborative leadership stylewith ability to influence across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Background in startups or management consulting(e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or internal strategy teams) is a big plus.
BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred.
