Staff Nurse - LPN for busy ambulatory practice in Brooklyn
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, supporting patients/residents in achieving their highest level of health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Observe and report patient/resident responses to treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
- Support a positive, respectful, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome where applicable)
