What will you do in this job?

  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, expense reconciliations and various asset schedules
  • Prepare and manage daily bank reconciliations and resolution of errors/discrepancies
  • Assist in month end closing of schedules and reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts
  • Balance daily store and e-commerce sales
  • Record monthly reoccurring journal entries and accruals
  • Calculate and file taxes
  • Perform preliminary work for financials and reporting to executive staff
  • Process accounts receivables
  • Prepare various reports for reporting requirements
  • Participate in the review of accounting controls and processes, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiencies
  • Assist the Vice President of Finance with special projects

This position qualifies for the following benefits:

Starting rate: $33.65 followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $38.46. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years.

Work Schedule

Fulltime, nonexempt position. Days and hours are typically business hours Monday through Friday.
