Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior TA Coordinator to serve as a key partner to our Talent Acquisition team. This role goes beyond scheduling—you will own and optimize the interview coordination process, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end interview coordination across multiple teams, managing complex and high-volume calendaring with minimal oversight
• Act as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the process
• Lead onsite interview logistics, including candidate hosting and day-of coordination, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to anticipate scheduling needs, resolve conflicts, and drive efficient interview timelines
• Proactively manage and prioritize competing scheduling demands, navigating last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency
• Conduct candidate outreach for interview coordination, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Identify gaps in current processes and drive improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related field in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and make sound decisions
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting onsite interview logistics and candidate hospitality
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Rippling or similar)
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company
