LHH is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to identify a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, helping to shape and execute forward-thinking talent strategies in a complex, fast-evolving environment. The anticipated salary for this role is between $100,000-$125,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (up to VP level), providing guidance on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights, market intelligence, and deep understanding of talent trends
- Lead intake discussions that refine role scope and ensure alignment on candidate profiles
- Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and business-critical roles across the United States and Canada
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies for complex, niche positions across finance, engineering, R&D, operations, and technical disciplines
- Utilize innovative, multi-channel sourcing approaches to engage both active and passive talent
- Build proactive pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs
- Provide clients and stakeholders with ongoing talent market insights and competitive intelligence
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative candidate experience that reflects both LHH and client brand standards
- Represent the organization and clients at industry events, networking functions, and talent forums
- Serve as a professional ambassador in all candidate and stakeholder interactions
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and business leaders to enhance recruitment strategies and processes
- Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to recruiting tools, systems, and workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for senior-level, executive, and specialized roles
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent across technical and professional domains
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
