We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Product Owner Analyst. This hybrid role combines the strategic vision of a Product Owner with the detailed analytical skills of a Business Analyst, making you a critical bridge between business objectives and technical execution. The Product Owner Analyst is responsible for maximizing the value of our products by managing and prioritizing the product backlog while performing in-depth business analysis. You will work with the Product Owner and be the key liaison between our business stakeholders and our development team, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring the delivered product meets both business requirements and company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Business Analysis, and agile product ownership, with a focus on continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities- Prioritize the product backlog by balancing business value, technical effort, and market demand to ensure the development team is focused on delivering the highest value
- Define and write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria, epics, and features; to ensure the development team understands what needs to be built
- Conduct backlog grooming sessions with the development team to refine and elaborate on user stories
- Create detailed business requirements documentation, process flow diagrams, and user journey maps
- Gather and analyze market and user feedback, incorporating data-driven insights into the product development process
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and customer training sessions
- Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure a shared understanding of the product vision
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and other teams to create optimal user experiences
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review completed work to confirm it meets the defined acceptance criteria
