As a Shared Services Quality Management Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, administering local operating procedures, conducting reviews and inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct quality reviews and inspections of processes within Shared Services to identify areas for improvement and adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in planning efforts for future quality reviews, self-assessments, and risk management activities.
  • Manage local operating procedures and guidance documents.
  • Analyze quality controls, data, and metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies or issues identified during reviews, audits, and inspections.
  • Facilitate risk management analysis of Shared Services processes and programs.
  • Evaluate and apply analytics, automation, and AI enabled tools to strengthen quality assurance and risk based decision making.
  • Promote best practice sharing across Shared Services functions.
  • Subject matter expert for the Con Edison quality management system.
  • Use industry accepted quality tools, standards and processes (ISO 9000, 31000 etc.).
  • Maintain and improve Shared Services Quality Management policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality management.
