ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Programmatic Media to join our dynamic team in Manhattan Beach CA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns to support Omnichannel and ecommerce media objectives. The role will help to deliver Skechers business objectives through custom, strategic video, audio, display and CTV programs. The Sr. Specialist, Programmatic Media will steward media purchase development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. This role reports to the Director, Performance Media.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies using native ad platforms and select DSPs to drive performance for our brands.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage audience segments for targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in programmatic advertising and e-commerce/DTC marketing.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend and performance targets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup and delivery.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong understanding of media data sources including measurement methodologies and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely and present in an articulate and confident manner.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of programmatic media buying experience.
  • Experience with media buying and audience management tools including Google Ads, Yahoo, Google DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk, Adobe Data Cloud, and Action IQ.
